清山小院位於八面山山頂，位置很不錯，看日出開車約七八分鐘，看日落開車僅三四分鐘。老闆和老闆娘是原在廣東潮汕打工回家創業的本地人，服務熱情周到，憨厚朴實且能幹，客房的裝修簡潔雅緻且有品位，客房面積蠻大且優雅，設施齊全，停車也很方便，衞生乾淨做得很好，服務很熱心，主動免費提供房間升級，提供優化的遊玩攻略，住了一晚體驗感很棒！自駕過很多地方，能遇到這樣的老闆很有緣，推薦！

房間乾淨整潔，和網上的圖片非常一致，就在八面山頂，去景區也非常方便，衹是冬季的八面山真心不適合遊覽，因為道路結冰，懸崖公路沒法開，很遺憾

房間幹凈衞生，設施較簡單，沒有電梯，部份房間衞生間是蹲廁，年紀大的要注意這樣的設施是否方便。民宿環境一般，周邊與一般鄉村並無異樣，無任何景觀，性價比較低。

景區不咋地，民宿不錯，房間特別大，車停在對過老闆親戚家的院內，不設電視機，喜歡看電視的朋友慎選。
