周邊環境是大街，衞生狀況一般般，有年齡老店，免費停車很煩人，小小弄街，兩邊車輛多，進出不放便，，酒店兩瓶水是，有價自費，還是不放為好。

過來考試的，住這個賓館很方便，出門就有的士、公交，晚上吃宵夜也很好走，一兩百米就到了。聽老闆説賓館已經開業20年了，真沒想到，裝修得還挺現代的，看得出是這兩年重新裝修的，對比四周酒店，這家經濟實惠，性價比高。
