Guilin Longsheng Longjingyuan Inn

This is truly a guesthouse nestled right in the middle of rice paddies. The stone steps next to it lead up to the Jinfoding viewpoint in about a 15-minute walk, and the golden rice fields are just steps away. The ancient-tree black tea was delicious, and we didn't even have to brew it ourselves—we drank it for two days straight! The glutinous rice wine was sweet and refreshing. Staying here for two nights allowed us to take in both the daytime and nighttime views of the Longji Rice Terraces. Absolutely fantastic!

Highly recommended! The views are unbeatable! It's clean, quiet, and the owner is so enthusiastic and patient, always answering any questions promptly. They even picked up our luggage right from the Dazhai entrance, so we didn't have to carry it on the cable car. The food is also delicious, and breakfast, while having a sense of ritual, is nutritious and you can get refills if you're still hungry. This guesthouse is the first one you encounter on the downhill path from the observation deck, so you can imagine how stunning the views are! Super recommended!

The B&B is well-located on the hillside, with a small path leading to Observation Deck No. 3. The food tastes good, and enjoying dinner on the terrace while admiring the pastoral scenery is truly pleasant and comfortable.

## Location Excellent location! It's in one of the highest areas of Jinkeng Dazhai, so you don't have a long climb. It's also very close to the Jinfoding cable car's upper station. The owner offers pick-up and drop-off service from the Dazhai parking lot (driving on the mountain roads can be tricky with oncoming traffic, so I highly recommend arranging the pick-up service). For large luggage, you can ask the owner for help with transportation. ## Room Type I had a balcony room with a view, and just by opening the window, I could see the terraced fields stretching out. You can enjoy the sunrise and sea of clouds directly from your room or the balcony. ## Dining They have their own restaurant, serving dishes like bamboo tube chicken, terraced field cured meat, oil tea, and local rice wine. The ingredients are fresh, so there's no need to go down the mountain to find food.

The location is convenient, and the hotel offers a pick-up and drop-off service if you have a car. There's no elevator, so if you're staying on a higher floor, you'll have to climb stairs. The food prices are a bit high. The scenery is nice, with views of the rice terraces, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the top of the mountain.

Excellent location with great views of the rice terraces. The accommodation itself was also very good, dining options were convenient, and you could even watch the sunrise from your bed.
