房間的天花板全部都是發黴的，大片大片的黴斑，電視機看不了電視，叫服務員過來維修，也就是過來看一眼説可能修不了不了就不了了之了。房間的窗口直接對着一堆亂七八糟的後山，沒有任何的景色可言，相同價格的建議大家還是選擇其它家的吧。
去到之後才知道現在酒店根本不是金坑灣這個名字，這是以前的名字，普通房間就用金坑灣的名字來銷售，好的房間用另一個酒店的名字來銷售。訂房以前我特意打過電話諮詢是不是有陽台，是不是有兩張床，老闆給我説有陽台，有兩張1.8米的大床，在4樓我才訂的，哪知道根本不是這個樣子，房間4樓沒有陽台，衹有一張1.8米的大床和一個像是牢房一樣的小床，沒有電視遙控，還要自己去前台問了才給，本來打算退房的，老闆説不能退，還説圖片上就是這個樣子的，沒有給錯房間，跟我打電話諮詢的根本不是一個樣子，不能退房要不然就加錢升級房間，原來200多的升級成800多的，都是套路，最後沒有升級。來了這麼多次龍脊梯田，這次是最糟心的一次，體驗感極差，估計以後都不會來了。最後一張是我前兩年來的時候在其它民宿住的150的房間，真的天差地別。

體驗感極差的酒店，一間房什麼酒店用品都沒有，連電視機都沒有，關鍵是住在山頂上晚上還沒有熱水洗澡，等到12點洗的都是冷水澡，房間燒水壺沒有，連瓶礦泉水都沒有，山路還特別危險開上去，老闆就是看着天黑無路燈，所以投訴也不處理，極差的黑點！
