大晚上頭頂老鼠跑過來跑過去，下去人家服務員説，那咋辦，酒店你們開的，問我咋辦？衞生間燈是壞的，床單也有破洞，設施破舊，大多數是壞的，還選的豪華套房，結果真的差的不能再差了

賓館一般，服務差，在網上訂了三天，退房後説開發票，前台叫我留電話後面開，但是一直沒聯繫我，我在訂單上打賓館電話，沒想到賓館電話無法打通停機了，真是無語，沒電話號碼聯繫去那網怎麼登記註冊的，
