Upon entering the lobby, staff proactively helped with my luggage and offered me warm water, their gentle and patient manner making me feel completely at ease. "This was my second stay in Longhe. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and upgraded my room for free! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant that evening; the food was delicious and inexpensive. Breakfast offered many local Longyou snacks, such as steamed rice cakes, preserved fruits, and scallion buns. It's a ten-minute drive from Longyou High-Speed Railway Station and also about a ten-minute drive from the city center, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is beautiful, with green lawns, a fishpond, and many fruit trees."
