Their hospitality service is outstanding. Every single member of the staff was helpful and kind. The views from the room were amazing and the amenities too. If you are looking for a hotel with Spa and Gym facilities this is the one.

The reception staff are great. They are very helpful and go out of their way to make guest comfortable. They assist and provide good information.

The hotel was fantastic, a 5 star hotel with exemplary service, especially from Claude! We were even given a welcome drink!
As first time visitors we were given some great tips of how to get around the city and things to do. The final day of the trip was spent using the spa facilities and relaxing at the bar.

The decor for the room is a bit old. Amenity is minimum . The internet WiFi failed to work in the room. Disappointing when compared with my stay only very recently.

The breakfast for a 5 star hotel should consider options for Celíac, other than that it was a great option.

Everything was good the people there are nice and patient. The roof bar is amazing. The only problem is that the WIFI is not working all the time.

Very dirty and old hotel. The bath tub and sink were moldy. I won’t come again.

I liked everything! A great hotel, on the last floor there is a beautiful restaurant with panoramic views. Friendly staff. When we arrive in Porto, we will choose this hotel again

The room was excellent and comfortable. However, the wifi connection was often unstable. We tried calling the reception to resolve this on three separate occasions and were not given sufficient help. The third time we called, the receptionist told us to “Forget this network”, after informing him that we have done so several times along side all the other fixes, he said there’s nothing more he can do. Wifi should be a core part of any modern hotel experience and for the receptionist to give up after offering a single useless solution is bad service. Other than this, the location is pretty useless. Nothing to do in the area, will have to Uber to downtown for food/sights.

We remained 2 nights at Porto Palacio on a business trip. The hotel is well located and easy to reach. Reception is gentle and very helpfull. Hall is clean and very attractive. The rooms are large and everything is there what you can expect for that type of hotel. We had a voucher for a drink on 19th floor, bar and restaurant. When we arrived to have dinner a very arrogant person gave us a menu out of the restaurant and asked us what we wanted to have for dinner. We were standing .When we asked something he advised us to go to the bar on the main floor. We had a drink there out of the restaurant and something to eat. Beer was cold and very bad served and dishes not tasty at all. (see picture of steack sandwich and dish of local meat preparations). We did not use our vouchers but decided not to visit that place anymore.
