The service was a perfect 10, very friendly, and the event hall was great – spacious and met all our needs. The room was also superb, and really, all the facilities were. I would definitely come back!

The hotel staff were great and the facilities including the rooftop bar and wellness are were unbelievable. Our room though had lots of stains on the carpet, the AC initially was not working and we had to call the reception to fix it. The wifi was also very inconsistent and frustrating. Location was a bit out of the main area but a quick 10-15 minute drive solved that. We probably wouldn’t stay here again but it did the necessary job!

The location was perfect. We had the hop-on-hop-off bus tour right opposite the hotel, and a very nice small shop nearby where we could find food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, though a small issue: very few of them spoke French. As for the facilities, everything was fine. Regarding the TV, there were only two French channels, which wasn't great. However, there was a small kettle for coffee/tea, a small bottle of water provided every morning, and a fridge in the room.

Location definitely further away than most tourist places but since Ubers are affordable in the city, it was a great place to get around from. Also, it is a fairly quiet area so it was also nice. Rooms were spacious and nice.

The hotel's surrounding environment is very good. The breakfast was so good and the rooms were quite big, neat and modern. The staffs were friendly and overall stay was perfect. Strongly recommend to all the business travelers.

Hotel is nice. Clean and spacious room. Comfy beds Absolutely worth the price. Location may not be near the touristic places but ain't a far drive with Uber. A supermarket just beside the hotel is terrific. greeted us with a complimentary champagne at their top floor lounge with a scenic view of Porto.
