The first beaches are 35 km away, the Gorges du Verdon 40 km away. We are located in the center, ideal for visiting the land and the seas of the Var. The large market of Lorgues is held regularly on Tuesdays. The stands are normally deployed at the latest from 8 a.m. and the machands start tidying from 12:30 p.m. It is located on Place d'Entrechaux, Avenue de Toulon, Boulevard Clemenceau, Rue de l'Èglise, Place de l'Église and Boulevard de la République, also called Cours de la République. It is on the plane tree alley west of the old center (map). There are merchants on about 100 stalls. It sells: fruits and vegetables, producers' products and local products, organic and natural products, beef and charcuterie products, fish and seafood, flowers and plants as well as clothing, utensils, furniture, toys or other non-food products. Although the city of Lorgues is not very touristic in itself, its market is one of the largest in the region. The food stands are located in Avenue de Toulon, on Place d'Entrechaux and on the western part of Boulevard de la République. The fishmonger and organic stands are on Place d'Entrechaux. On the side of the church, the stands of fairgrounds predominate.
