"We stayed here for the festival and wow it was fantastic. Anne-Sophie was amazing and sorted our reservation. We had the family room which was spacious and well equipped. The position of the hotel was perfect lots of nice restaurants in the area. I would 100% recommend this hotel and the staff were all so friendly."

"This is definitely one of the better Mecure Hôtels I have stayed in and well worthy of its 4 stars. We received a warm greeting with all information available in French and English. The room was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished with many extras in the bathroom along with robes and slippers, à free mini bar and nespresso machine. It was a deluxe room. Breakfast was incluent in the rate and it was excellent in terms of variety and quality. A member of staff regularly replaced food items as they were depleted. The hotel is close to the city centre in a quiet pleasant location. Plenty of restaurants within a short walk. Check out was fast and friendly. This is a hotel I would willingly return to and stay more than the one night. Well done to all the team. "

"A great no frills hotel and great value. One of the cleanest hotels I've been in. Jean Louis, the owner could not do enough to help our group from Ireland. He obviously takes great pride in his hotel even though the staff were all on holiday. The self - service continental breakfast had all one could ask for. It is in the center of town too. Overall a most satisfactory experience at no. 28. An ideal hotel if visiting Carnac stones."

"We can't say that we had an unforgettable experience.... Firstly, we were surprised to find no drinks in the mini-bar (not even a bottle of water). The highlight was the breakfast! Besides the banality of it, it's the service that's lacking... My daughter having finished the carafe of hot milk for her chocolate, I wait a few minutes for someone to come and replace it. As the room is not monitored, I had to go to the reception, where I was obviously disturbing these ladies... I was told, by an unfriendly person, that "someone was going to come" ... After several minutes of waiting, I had to move towards the kitchen this time: the microwave had rung for a long time, it still took several minutes to transfer the milk into the carafe... I expressed my dissatisfaction at this time. In an establishment where the desire is to serve the customer, they would surely have apologized and done their best to serve me this milk quickly. On the contrary, I think that the carafe was deliberately left waiting on a serving area... They jump on you as soon as you get off the elevator to find out your room number and then no one else! The tables aren't even set, we had to search and open drawers to find cutlery... Pitiful! We are used to traveling to hotels, but this one won't see us again! There are other nicer hotels in Lorient for the same price. Perhaps a management problem? (remember to check the motivation of your room staff, because obviously the person at breakfast doesn't really like their job...)."

"Hotel under construction, a mess everywhere. Stair access is accessible because the hall is overrun with cardboard. Very limited in terms of security, if it had been necessary to evacuate it would have been mission impossible! The reception looks more like a local grocery store than a 3-star hotel, between the drawings hanging on the wall, the Christmas tree II sits in the ambient ******, the drinks and syrup displayed on the reception counter... not at all welcoming and the souk that you see upon entering the premises does not inspire confidence. This hotel needs an overhaul and does not seem to be managed at all. The employees are overwhelmed, check one takes a long time and the boss who is present watches them struggle without moving a toe to help them. I won't come back for anything in the world!"
