They didn't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or a toiletries kit, and even charged for water. The hygiene was good, but the 'scenic view' was a joke – totally misleading, haha. They were also untrustworthy; it clearly stated free cancellation before 11 PM on June 22nd, but that wasn't the case. Everyone beware of this hotel!

Great service, clean rooms, and a convenient location. I'd definitely choose this place again next time.

The lighting was a bit dim, and the light switches were confusing and hard to figure out. Adjusting the hot water was also a bit tricky. Overall, it was still pretty good.

Great location

Lovely hotel however the wifi was down in my room the entire time. I had it checked and the engineer couldn’t fix it. The staff was very nice though.

Overall it's alright compared to other hotels, but going out at night means you have to turn left, which is terrifying.

The staff are friendly and the cafe on the first floor and rooftop pool are great. It's in an affiliated building and is small, but it has a working room which is very convenient. Be careful about the price as there will be additional payments and destination fees charged on site.

The location is excellent, the facilities are top-notch, and it's very new. However, once you arrive at the hotel, you'll need to pay several tens of dollars per day. Please note this.

The environment and scenery are invincible. The service of the staff is a bit average. The most serious thing is that my friend was ignored when the concierge department delivered the luggage. I wrote feedback to Marriott and got an apology reply, but no specific compensation

The hotel is located in downtown Los Angeles. It's a little messy, but it's very convenient to go everywhere. The room is clean and tidy. There is a gym and direct drinking water on the first floor. There is a small swimming pool on the top floor which is great for taking pictures. It’s less than $200 a night in the off-season, which is quite a deal and highly recommended.

1) The front desk was careless, the room number was written wrong, the door couldn't be opened and the door couldn't be opened. It didn't just happen to me, there were also tenants who opened and knocked on my door the next day. 2) The hotel is a boutique hotel with a retro style and beautiful decoration. However, there is a finger-wide gap in the bathroom glass door, and bath water will flow out, which is quite inconvenient. 3) The bottled water is Evian in glass bottles. After drinking it, you can only fill it with plastic bottles (understandable) 4) My room did not provide a hair dryer. I called the front desk to ask for one and had to wait for 40 minutes. The first time I came, I was only given water but not a hair dryer. I gave a $5 tip and got it quickly (this can also be done in the United States). understand)
