The location is very good, located just above Metro Station. The hotel gave us a simple breakfast due to payment of the resort fee which is a plus. The room is pretty good and the staff are very courteous.

Cozy room with king size of beds, and the lounge and lobby are all fancy
Furthermore, the location is so great, just across the 7th street center metro station, if you guys need the metro to transport
The hotel is located in the heart center of the financial district

I have stayed here for many years and always had an exceptional experience from Lynda at the front desk to Clay, the GM, Courtney, the Room Director and the entire Team.
Clearly a well trained group!
Great location, several restaurants within a block.
Wonderful lobby, conductive to working.
My only complaint is the Resort Fee which is unwarranted given it’s a business hotel and it is not necessary- just another fee that so many hotels are unfairly charging.
Hopefully it will stop soon as an unneeded additional fee to the Customer.

Had an awesome stay with friends at the Sheraton Grand LA! Perfect location, comfy rooms, and super friendly staff. Loved hanging out in the lobby and grabbing drinks at the bar. Would definitely come back!

Its okay nothing fancy just average and decent place to stay
They ask for 200$ for deposit when we check out theirs so many tax to pay like 118$ 😆😆😆
At least you are safe when you stay there and not in some random hotels

In a very good location in DTLA and loved the vibe in the lobby as well as the guest rooms. Would've been better when the staffs cuold be more professional in explaining everything when checking in. Also, the check-in time is not flexible nor early.
