Great stay. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is a super quick shuttle ride from the airport and it’s walking distance to a lot of places like trader joes.

Loved spending time at the pool after my flight from Australia. Service in the restaurant was fantastic. Getting the shuttle to the airport was easy and quick. Thanks for a great stay

The shuttle waiting time was long but understandable due to LAX traffic. So spare your time for shuttle.

Mediocre customer service, very unpleasant staff. We called immediately after booking in order to postpone by just 24 hours because our flight was canceled, and they wouldn’t let us and were rude on the phone. We lost all our money and were unable to check in the next day.

the room is very spacey and nice. But the sound insulation of the bedroom is concerning. We can hear the music from the next room clearly.
