Smooth check in n check out process. Convenient location to LAX airport. Got a Starbucks store at Level 2.

location right by the airport—ideal not only for layovers but also for exploring Los Angeles if you have a rental car. Hotel parking is pricey at $67 per night, but the nearby Airport Spectrum garage next door was only $18 when booked through SpotHero. I loved the pool area!

Worst experience in the whole trip.
1. They gave us two room keys which could not open the door! We had to wait for someone to change it for us. But then only one room key was given back.
2. The bed sheet was dirty!
3. The fridge did not work! But we needed to use it so someone came and changed it for us, causing us to wait till around 1 at midnight.
4!!!! In the end we found out we were charged $16.09 for no reason! we did not use wifi (as we knew it wasn't free) or the water bottle (which I recall was around $6)
Don't come! Do NOT recommend.

2.床单是脏的！有污渍！
3. 冰箱不能用，等到很晚等人来换
4.最后莫名其妙扣了押金16.09刀！！！！

The hotel is perfect for a layover if you don't want to, or need to explore the city. However, and I am not sure if this is a country's issue, the hotel is not at the same level as other Marriott hotels I have stayed in other countries. They don't even offer a buffet breakfast, and the service is pretty basic compared to other Marriott hotels from around the world. They even charged for the use of WiFi unless you log in to your Bonvoy account, which doesn't happen in other countries.

I’m impress with the staff especially the one in the front desk. I forgot her name. She is so amazing and considerate. Their cleansers staff as well are friendly. I would not hesitate to book again here and recommend to my family and friends.

Perfect hotel when coming in late from airport or have to leave early from LAX. Modern and well maintained rooms. If having to stay for kate flight they have a wondrrfull pool and terrace fir spending the day. We, family of 4 loved the place. The free shuttle from and too airport is a nice bonus!
