We stayed here overnight during a transit stop. The location was great, and we had an amazing walk in the morning. The room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was okay — nothing special, but perfectly fine for a short stay. Overall, a good option for a convenient overnight stop.

Room was good enough big and has big bathroom location in night not that safe staff service is not good enough but yes all over stay was good lobby have bar you can enjoy drinks there and breakfast was not so good only weekends they have buffet other wise very limited choice

Just had a great 4-day stay at Hilton Checkers Downtown. Check in was easy and all staff were very friendly and accommodating during our whole stay. Being on a Main Street it’s close to food / shops etc, but still very quiet at night so we had a good rest. Beds are great! This is a great hotel for exploring downtown LA. A lot of things can be done on foot. Security / valet attendants outside the front until the late evening as well. Coffee across the street at Dalian’s cafe is perfect too.. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in future!

I have been a guest here for 7 days (Room 1005, Confirmation: 1688895091121660), and the level of hospitality has significantly deteriorated. While I am trying to extend my stay for one night, I have encountered an unacceptable level of hostility and aggression from most of the staff, particularly a female employee on duty. Their body language has been openly aggressive and unwelcoming, making me feel threatened rather than served as a guest. This behavior is a direct violation of the "Hilton Hospitality" standards. I attempted to pay for my extension via Apple Pay or Cash due to a technical issue with my physical card, but the management was completely inflexible. What makes this worse is the aggressive manner in which this refusal was communicated. The only exception was a staff member named Alex, who was professional and tried to help. However, the rest of the team's hostile attitude has made my stay unbearable. Furthermore, the hotel’s refusal to accept my prepaid personal deliveries earlier in the week only added to this poor experience. I am a paying guest with available funds, and I expect to be treated with respect. I request an immediate investigation into the conduct of the staff at this property and an intervention regarding my payment for the extra night. I had a very comfortable stay. The corner room offered a nice city view, and the free luggage storage and excellent service were much appreciated.

The lady named Mia is very friendly and helpful upon my checkin. The facilities and service of this hotel is good.

The staff was great. They reminded us about the daily $10 food & beverage voucher. The room was nice and clean. Location was close to 7th ave station.

The hotel is located in downtown LA, which isn’t the most desirable part of the city. Cleanliness met expectations, but the service and attitude of staff left room for improvement. You can avoid paying onsite valet parking,there’s a self-parking garage next door for $40 per night. No good breakfast nearby.

The facilities was as advertised! It was a smooth checkin and a pleasant stay!

Hotel was nice. Ac in the room unfortunately didn’t work and we were sweating all night. They took off a mandatory travel fee for the hassle, they should have comped the 54 dollar valet fee for the ac not working and the tv also had no connection. But it is what it is. Nice hotel otherwise probably won’t stay there again though.
