The hotel's coffee was great, and the design was beautiful. However, as soon as you step outside, it smells really bad, like urine, and there are a lot of homeless people sleeping outside who just urinate anywhere. The pool was extremely crowded, making it impossible for families with children to enjoy. There's also a bar in the pool with a DJ. This hotel is more suitable for young people than for family trips.

The price is expensive and not worth it. The cleaning service is poor; they only clean the rooms upon request. The staff are friendly, and the room is nice, but there are animals. The location is excellent.

Great location for enjoying the show in Pantage Theater . Will come again next time.

The bed wasn't comfortable, but everything else was fine. There's no shower head, which is inconvenient for women washing their hair.

The hotel is in the city center and can be a bit noisy at night. Breakfast is à la carte; additional charges apply if the breakfast is outside the package price.

The hotel is excellent, clean and hygienic. I've stayed here many times for business trips. There are many good restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient for connecting flights. There's also an airport shuttle bus; remember to book it in advance.

The hotel restaurant was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It wasn't a safe area to walk around at night, but it was a 20-30 minute Uber ride to the Hollywood Sign, so it was fine. However, the Wi-Fi didn't work in the hotel room. I think I had to purchase Wi-Fi. For some reason, I didn't even have data.

There will be a mandatory charge; you must use the mini-bar or room service daily. There are many homeless people in the area, so be aware of your safety. The room is quiet and quite clean, and provides slippers and a toothbrush.
