Nice hotel, 6 minutes walk to metro, friendly and responsive staffs, got $25 vouchers per night for rooftop bar and breakfast. Also, there’s no fridge in the room. Will definitely comeback!!!

Helpful staff, location was great close to groceries. I was locked out of my room caused by the door lock battery, resolved quickly. An overall great stay!

I booked this hotel as a last minute option and was so pleasantly surprised! The hotel was fantastic with a clean room and great service from all staff I encountered. There was even a wall with tap beers you could pour and purchase in the lobby. I also really appreciated that there was a $25 credit given for food and drinks, so I went to the rooftop. The view from the rooftop was AMAZING and the bar staff were so kind. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely return or recommend to friends!

There was no coffee machine, no daily water, no one answering at the restaurant to even take an order, the online menu and ordering also not working , rooftop closed the day we chose to go. Also no basic locker to keep valuables, not even a cupboard. Hotel was clean and nice and staff good, but must provide these basic amenities.

Location was great at downtown LA: near the 7th street metro. Nearby lots food as well such as Tacobell, Starbucks, Jollibee and near grocery store down the road
Cleanliness: have no issues. Its very clean in my opinion
Room: Its really small, but modern design. So cant complain much. U can open just one 26 inch luggage in the room. No noise, but got bit of ****/ ********* smell in my room, not sure whats the cause.
Aircond was really cold and functioning. Also have heater function
Toilet light Bit irritating as ppl mentioned, auto off light even when you showering. Pressure for shower was bit low but otherwise no issues with hot water?
Water: No free water unless u are silver and above, but in the lobby you have complimentary fruit infused cold water
destination fee: now this is something new to me. its 29 USD. Thanks to other reviewers, i remembered to use this to pay for my lunch . The burger was good!
