The Moment Hotel

This hotel is located in West Hollywood, which is a safe and reliable area. However, the facilities and services are only on par with a 2-star hotel, nothing particularly special. Parking costs nearly $40 per night, which is normal for Los Angeles, but it's something to be aware of.

It was possible to get extra bath towels, which was a plus. I really appreciated having complimentary water and coffee. The air conditioning was easy to operate, which was nice. The front desk staff were also very polite and helpful. The bathroom amenities were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay.

Booked on Ctrip. The hotel I wrote was only two floors. I was very disappointed when I arrived at the door. I can only say that the service is OK. Don't expect too much. The soundproofing in the room is very poor. I thought someone was knocking on the door in the middle of the night. I didn't feel safe and slept with the light on. The parking fee is 38 US dollars a night. I can only say that I was disappointed by the word "hotel". It's better to add a few hundred dollars to the Loews Hotel, which is about 2 streets away.
