Samesun Hollywood

I want to leave a positive review for Samesun Hostel in Los Angeles. Overall, my impressions are very good. The hostel is clean and tidy, and you can feel the care for guests. The location is convenient, right on the Walk of Fame, close to many cafes, shops, and Madame Tussauds Museum. The staff is friendly – it has a really cool vibe for travelers. However, a couple of things slightly dampened the start of my vacation. First, the reception didn't inform me about breakfast, so I simply missed it, even though it was included in the price. It was a shame, of course, as I had to run to a cafe and pay extra. Second, they charged me for accommodation even though I had already paid everything in full online via Trip.com. Luckily, Trip.com's customer support was efficient and quickly refunded the money, so the issue was resolved in a couple of minutes without any extra stress. I am happy with the hostel itself, but be careful when checking in and clarify all details beforehand.

I stayed alone in a female dorm room, and the windows faced a noisy street at night. The hostel was clean, and the breakfast was good. There was also drinking water available. Plenty of food shops, the Walk of Fame, and the Chinese Theatre are all nearby.
