The smell in the room was so offensive. It smelled like someone dumped a gallon of black market cleaning supplies over the whole room to cover up a smell that can only be described as a man’s armpits if he sweat pee out. The parking is $30/day by valet (so, more with tips) otherwise you will be walking at lease a quarter mile to the closest legal street parking. The shower had great pressure though!

THE ROOMS WERE TINY! WE ARE OLD AND NO ELEVATOR. THE HEAT AND TV DID NOT WORK TO WELL. OVERALL, WE WON'T BE BACK!

I was unaware that it costs $30 for parking. It did not used to be years ago in the past. I would have reconsidered had I know.

This is a boutique hotel right across Beverly Hills! Great location right in West Hollywood, walkable down Sunset and Melrose. Amazing spacious room - I had the deluxe which has a seperate living area. Great smiling staff everyday (special call out to William and Diego!), although we did have an unhappy staff member one morning who probably didn't have their morning coffee when I asked for a simple room clean. Will definitely be back when I'm in LA.

The hotel is conveniently located, has a cute nicely decorated yard, however the room was very small, and our room was not cleaned once during our stay. The staff was friendly and were trying their best to answer any questions, however they were not able to provide with the wi-fi login information upon our arrival, or suggest any place in the area to get breakfast/coffee.

The rooms were thoughtfully designed, in an efficient space. It allowed for fresh air, conditioned air, privacy. It has plenty of storage to put away the things a couple would bring with them. There was plenty of lighting, and the main light was dimmable. There were well-placed solid hooks to use for the towels. The shower was powerful and soothing. The TV was recessed in the wall to avoid interfering with walking past it. The TV setup was the easiest to use of any hotel I've been to in the last decade. I can be fussy about cleanliness, and this hotel did a good job of making me feel like I was in a clean room. Normal age and wear is evident, so I hope they have a plan and budget to update the furniture and fixtures as they wear out. The staff was very friendly, and I really feel like they tried harder than most to be genuinely nice people.

No cleaning, very noisy from restaurant and rooms around us, the staff did badly look at us when we went by. The view was right into another building with lots of painting boxes in between. The bed was full of tiny fragments from the bed wall. Backyard very messy, lots of stuff and messy. Lots of dead plants. Tiny bathroom with a shower that barely came any water from. The location is good, but I do not think I will stay there again.

I wasn't expecting much, chose this hotel based on location. However unfortunately it was very noisy, and I don't get much sleep the 2 nights I spent at this hotel. Not just because it is close to the street, you can hear people walking and stumping, talking,.. it is as if the walls are paper thin.
