Eh.  Fair I'd say.  You pay for what you get?  Wish it were better maintained

We had a very good experience here. The front desk staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. There is free coffee, tea in the lobby. The only thing I didn't like is that the hotel charges 150 $ deposit at check in (average in Glendale/ Los Angeles is $ 100). Another thing is.. the parking costs an additional 10 $ per day. Can't this just be included in the room rate? Auxillary cost makes the world go round. Despite this I would stay again.

This is the only place I stay at when I have to travel for work

服務態度非常良好，停車也是免費且很多位置，房間蠻大的跟有明亮的空間，但是好像沒有認真掃地因為有看到一隻用過的牙刷在櫃子旁邊⋯

The service attitude is very good, parking is free and there are many places. The room is quite large and bright, but it seems that the floor was not swept carefully because I saw a used toothbrush next to the cabinet...

This hotel room was in bad shape. The door jam was beat up and look like someone tried to break in the front door. No phone, hair dryer, clock, lamps, pictures on walls. It was dirty and carpet hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There was graffiti written on the side of the mirror. The door jam in the bathroom was completely rotted. There was only one outlet in the room to use and that didn't even have a outlet cover. I wish I would have got my money back.
