Nice hotel located in downtown LA, close to grand central market and blue bottle coffee. Decent amenities but room is small. Barely able to open luggage whilst toilet is also pretty small. Overall decent stay overall, but could be better with more amenities like free amenities such as toothpaste and toothbrush, and water in the room.

The room was nice and clean , just very compact but it was expected as I checked it online before booking it .

Room bit small but pretty convenient to most famous landmarks. Best for one or two people staying.

The staff were extremely friendly and there was security in front door, they lock doors at around 8pm and you can only enter with card so I think they did make an effort in keeping the place a safe place. Location wise there are indeed many homeless wandering around especially after sun sets so I would recommend uber if you do go out but day light time I take the bus no problem

Will definitely book this hotel again if I ever come back to LA. Clean and stylish!

Very modern ands clean hotel, room is small but enough for solo traveler. Staff are nice and friendly. DTLA is not very nice place to stay though.

The hotel was great. Love the self check-in and self check-out system. Everything inside the room was controlled through a small iPad and I found that very convenient. However the rooms are pretty small and wouldn’t fit more than 2 people. I also wished the hotel would provide free parking in the nearby parking lots but I guess that’s not really possible in downtown LA.

the hotel is well appointed and the staff are friendly. downtown LA is quite an experience. just need to keep an eye on surroundings

Good location and good condition of room

Self checking experience is smooth like silk, downtown area with many restaurants to choose from, like it. Great breakfast everyone should strongly recommend to get a try.

should have more Amentiies in room..........coffee, tea, water, boiler etc....

it's clean ,but The room is very small …and the bathroom has kind of unknown terrible smell …The service is good ,lobby is nice too ,but around hotel there is a lot of homeless people ,dangerous
