Excellent stay. Rooms were spotless and modern. Central location with easy access to downtown LA. Service and amenities were first-class. Food quality was outstanding both in-room and at the hotel restaurants. The bar stood out as the highlight — great atmosphere and drinks. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none. I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed. The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge. Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Very nice place to stay if you are travelling as a couple as the location is good

The service at the hotel was impeccable. The rooms are very clean and the location is ideal. It is not too far from Hollywood but it’s in downtown. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything is perfect. Both location, staff service, room environment are great~ Highly recommend~
