Good room condition and good breakfast. Pretty old facilities in the room.

The facility was old but clean. Because it was old, I could hear footsteps from the floors above, and a couple of people were staying on the floor above me at 3am, so I couldn't sleep for two days, but on the days when they weren't there, it was very quiet. It might just depend on luck. It was good that the station was close, but I was a little worried about using the Purple Line of the Metro from Union Station. There was an Asian supermarket and a convenience store near the hotel, so it was convenient. I asked the front desk about a microwave, and they installed one in the room right away. The staff were very kind. There was coffee service in the morning. You get water when you check in, but there is also a water server where you can boil water. There were no slippers.

The flight was delayed and I checked in late, but they were very kind and the cleanliness of the room was very satisfactory as it was just opened. We are both very sensitive to cleanliness, but it was so good during our stay :) If you hang your ticket, you will clean your room every day, there are many Korean restaurants around, and there is a H-Mart nearby, so it was convenient! During my stay, I met a staff member at the front desk for about 4 minutes, but they were all friendly and I think they will remain a pleasant memory!! Late at night, the surroundings are quiet, so it can be a little dangerous, but it's a great location if you're not completely late! Highly recommended !!! 👏👍

Had a really good stay here. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, they were able to let us check in a little earlier than usual which was great as we had just got off a 14 hour flight and very jetlagged/tired. Rooms looked recently renovated, very clean and tidy. Aircon was nice to have on. Overall not much to complain about. There was a smell (cleaning/perfume/flowers?) which is mentioned in other reviews, however we didn't find this unpleasant at all and got used to it. Having the Airconditioner on seemed to reduce the intensity. Only downside is that it's a bit of a distance from tourist areas (15-20mins by Uber) so if you don't mind, this is a great place to stay.

First time, i stayed at hostel and the hostel was acceptable with location and safety in hostel. Bus stops and metro is prettt easy to use. The people was nice to talk and communicate in hostel. Easy check in-out. The breakfast is not breakfast, just bread, nutella, peanut butter and pancake mix. Every morning, a lady cleaned the bathroom. Everyone was respectful to be quiet for others in my room; i was lucky✨🤞🏻

The Hollywood View Room is cery spacious, clean, and the bed is comfy. You can see the Hollywood sign in this room type but it was too foggy, couldn’t really see it clearly. There’s a pool and a restaurant downstairs. Location is great, right in the middle of Korean town. We visited many Korean restaurants!

The hotel is in Koreatown, actually free parking! The room was large and the sanitation was very clean, but the room did not have a microwave oven. It was not convenient to go to the front desk to heat. Although the facilities are old, the price is still high, the hotel is quiet, the location is excellent, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

I really like this place! Sunny, the owner is awesome!!!! The room was bigger than expected and the place was clean. When I had something unexpected come up, they stored my things until the following day. I will definitely stay here again.

The room is clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly!

The room was tidy, a little leisurely and spacious by my standards. The desk staff is friendly. Quiet. I heard a big siren outside, but I stayed quietly and well because it disappeared within. Breakfast is not left because it started the day we came out. Water pressure was not bad. ! There is a place to get water in the shelter on the first floor, and there is a coin laundry if you walk a little bit around. It was around Korean town, but it was quiet and quieter than I thought. It was a bit eerie. You can see that there's no convenience store around. Still, parking space was free and so good ~ ^^
