Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel

You can not really go wrong staying at this hotel, location is walking distance to the beach, there is a free bus from the hotel but we walked down and got a taxi back which was no more than about 5 Euros. Rooms and hotel very clean and tidy, and always people cleaning. Reasturant staff very friendly and the food is what you expect from an all inclusive. Pools, we went to the lazy pool ( the bigger one) does not open till 10am, which means no getting up early to reserve with a towel. Food and drinks around the bar where good , you can make a toasties and there are cakes and chips , burgers all day. 20min drive to airport. Overall great hotel and location.

Just returned from a week of winter sun at this hotel. I would love to say check in was quick and easy but it was more long and tedious after a very long day travelling, the room on the 6th floor was very nice with a beautiful view of the pool and distant sea, great tv with English speaking channels, not that you watch tv much on holiday but always handy to keep up with the news. Bathroom was very nice with a great walk in shower with plenty of hot water with good pressure, the rooms were cleaned very well every day with plenty of clean bedding and towels. Sun bed towels were collected from the sauna at a refundable price of 20 euro, plenty of sunbeds available at this time of the year around all the pools, we soon discovered that the adult only rooftop solarium was our preferred sunbathing area and spent most days up there, very friendly service from the bar staff up there, as it was everywhere you went , all staff were friendly and a credit to the hotel. The restaurant was quite large and could be bustling at times, there was an adults only section at the back. The food was varied and should suit all tastes , I particularly liked the breakfast offerings and though it was very good, unfortunately we found that some food especially in the evening was Luke warm at best and should be served at a higher temperature. The drinks at the bars were decent and plentiful with self service options for the beer and wine , soft drinks and coffee, service behind the bar for the likes of spirits was good and you never had to wait long to be served. Entertainment at night was good with some sort of act on every night in the strelitzia bar, we had different singers / music acts and a decent comedy act and they put the night in. The other entertainment place next door to the restaurant was mainly for kids entertainment. There is a shop at this hotel that sells some decent clothing etc at very reasonable prices Finally just a couple of things that weren't great, in this day and age I find having to hire a safe very disappointing , I haven't paid for a safe for more than twenty years of travelling the world , and it seems like a big backward step in time. I reserved and paid for a day on a bali bed on the rooftop solarium one day only for it to be cancelled at the last minute due to high winds, I found that the process of taking my money during the reservation was a hell of a lot easier than refunding it back onto my card after the cancellation, and three days later the refund has just arrived back in my account, thank you. I can understand that when you are running a hotel offering different boards then it is difficult to Marshall this, I was all inclusive and it worked well for me , obviously the staff must look for your wrist band when ordering drinks and when you don't have a band then you pay at the bar and I saw this working well countless times , however what I also saw was one particular couple without a band drinking free drinks day and night for a full we

This has been our second time staying at Paradise Park and we have enjoyed both times immensely. Both times we availed of the all inclusive package which makes eating and drinking so much easier. I have coeliac disease but everything in the buffet area is labelled and anything I need or am not sure of then the staff are always willing to help. Gluten free bread etc is available on request. There is always a good variety of salad items which are great for those with allergies and I have been able to eat well and with confidence. There are four pool areas and a few adult only spaces which is nice for those without children to relax. All the staff have been lovely and the hotel is close to the beach and to the centre of Los Cristianos. The hotel is very nice, clean and with nice communal areas. There is entertainment in the evening if that’s something you enjoy or there are a plethora of bars and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again and hope to make it a yearly trip! Just returned from 7 nights here with the family ,staying in the annexe , nice and spacious with two balconies, rooms cleaned everyday and towels changed. Staff very friendly ,always smiling and happy to help. Everywhere was very clean . We used the main pool and kids joined in the with activities which were good and the pool across the path which was cold but the kids didn't seem to care , alot more space over there and we always got a sunbed ,there's also a bar and snack bar over there too , only thing we found was for the first few days my daughter could use her blow up ring but then half way through the week was told she couldn't even though people were in the pool with the exact same ring . We were quite worried about food before arriving having read reviews but it was absolutely fine , different choices each night and we never found it to be cold , breakfast was the best meal of the day . Entertainment was good most nights , we saw some pretty good singers and then acrobats downstairs were brill ! We walked down to the sea often and found it fine ,it was hardly a bank but there is a bus if you needed it . We will definitely be returning here ,soon I hope !!

Been here to Paradise park 5 times now, so always friendly and make the holiday a very good experience. Many thanks to P David in the bar who sorted out of food and drink on the day it was raining... Great great great experience...

Did a brief 3 night sneaky beak with the wife only So hotel staff first lovely, always cheerful and helpful and aways had time for a good morning and a smile, rooms nice 2x double beds together nice and comfy, cleaned daily and couldn't fault cleanliness. Air-conditioning must ok, I like room freezing but that's personal preference. Sun loungers comfy and readily available, may be different peak times, rooftop bar area lovely, pool small, we mostly spent time adults only area, small pool and about knee deep, but other pools available, was cracking weather. Food, hmmmm, breakfast ok, dinner however, it's a snack bar essentially with chips burgers hot dogs etc that's it so no real buffet you'd expect. Never did evening buffet as went out to the local bars and restaurants so can't comment, same as evenings entertainment. We upgraded 20 quid and got premium drinks which I thought was good value, smirnoff, captain morgans rum etc. All in all great few days break, wouldn't probably recommend for a week just because of the food. But we enjoyed our time there
