Lamentablemente la higiene el primer día fue pésima porque el top 3 los lavabos con pelos el suelo también lleno de pelos casualmente la taza del barrio que se suponía higienizada también tenía un enorme pelo largo dando la sensación de que se había pegado el suelo y la taza del váter con el mismo mucho es solo una apreciación. Pero los pelos allí estaban.
Como el ruido del aire acondicionado era tan enorme teníamos que elegir entre un calor insoportable o un ruido a la hora de dormir también insoportable con lo que tuve que cambiar el día de habitación pagando un suplemento en el que amablemente hicieron un descuento de 5 euros pagando al final 95 euros por la habitación.
Sin embargo he de decir que el servicio de las personas que atención al público no es que fuera inmejorable es que no he conocido personas más y educadas y colaboradoras en cuanto necesite pese al malestar que les exprese por el ruido insoportable de la habitación.

We went for the weekend and booked the VIP circuit. Lovely hotel, a little bit dated, but that just adds to the charm. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. I had puchero de trigo for the first time - outstanding! The spa experience was everything we hoped it would be. Looking forward to our next visit.

La experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria. El balneario es precioso, las aguas termales minero medicinales estupendas, los tratamientos muy bien organizados y en sólo 9 días hemos visto los efectos. Las habitaciones limpias y confortables. Las comidas caseras. Y el personal fantástico: eficientes, amables, profesionales. Sin duda dan ganas de repetir. Calidad/ precio ha superado nuestras expectativas.

Mi mujer y yo llevamos viniendo 22 años, y seguiremos viendo hasta que podamos, a nosotros nos encanta el hotel, el balneario y sobre todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel- balneario, a parte sus aguas minero medicinales, nos sientan muy bien, y ya esperando a que llegue Noviembre para volver. Siempre venimos al menos dos veces al año, y desde que empezamos no hemos faltado ningún año. La comida es casera y está muy rica. Yo lo recomiendo a todas las personas que quieran pasar unos días muy buenos y cuidar su salud.

Hotel rústico, muy bello con un patio el cual es el centro del mismo. Habitaciones sencillas, pero cómodas. La comida muy buena también, nos gustó mucho la cena. El balneario, no confundir con spa, es muy íntimo. Salimos muy relajados, repetiremos sin duda.

A sólo 20 minutos de Almería, un 3 estrellas con comida tradicional y desayuno muy correcto, Habitación rústica y cálida, sin lujos. Las aguas termales y sus tratamientos me dejaron como nuevo (circuito termal VIP) Ambiente muy cercano y agradable, tanto empleados como clientes.

El trato desde la llegada fue desagradable, nos hablaron de muy malas formas desde el principio. Fuimos a pasar el día en los baños termales y al terminar nos llovió una bronca por ducharnos, en ningún momento nos dijeron que no debíamos hacerlo y lo mejor fue el comentario: “SI OS DUCHÁIS CON JABÓN OS PONDRÉIS RADIACTIVOS”

Ayer llevé a 2 amigos y nos tenemos un baño termal con burbujas seguido de un masaje relajante con Isa. Fantástico servicio amable. lo recomendaría altamente. La recepcionista estuvo muy simpática también.
