I stay at the hotel often. Usually make my reservation onsite for the stay. Rooms are clean and Great service! The restaurant is simple with an amazing team they makes the experience unique. Edder is one of my favorite team members! He know what I eat, what I ate and always cheering my evening. Hats down to the entire team

Being a stranded tourist in Caracas where cash is king and no way to use s sanctioned visa card to either pay or withdraw money, Lidotel welcomed me to their «family». From the amazing receptionists to the rockstars handling the restaurant, I felt like home. 14000 km away, I did feel like hold. Thanks to the front desk and the amazing guys at the restaurant, to name a few, Edder, Junior and Ewing - my experience turned great! I spent 3 days there but it was an awesome experience. To sum it up - if you are ever stuck, Lidotel is the place to go.

Habitacion limpia y comoda. Sin embargo, mala experiencia al despertarme y no poder ducharme con agua caliente ni cepillarme los dientes porque salia el agua amarilla y turbia (por mantenimiento). Este tipo de cosas deben ser informadas al momento del check in.

El hotel está ubicado en la mejor zona comercial de la ciudad, con acceso directo al Centro Comercial Lido y muy cerca de los mejores bares y restaurantes. Excelente servicio de todo el personal; las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Me encanta el gimnasio y el restaurante “Le Nouveau” que tiene una vista fantástica de La ciudad y la comida es deli!!! Sin duda volvería cuando regrese a Caracas 😃 Siempre me sentí segura y en casa... La mejor opción de alojamiento en la ciudad.
