There's nothing worse than arriving at your hotel and realising you have lost your wallet and it could be over 100 miles away! Luckily we were met by Syed on reception, who was more than helpful and helped me sort out our rooms and settle in so I could calmly freeze my bank cards and then go back to my car to search through it. Luckily I found my wallet under my drivers seat. But I must say Syed helped keep me calm, didn't rush me and was super helpful!

I love this gem of a hotel. Literally thirty seconds away from the motorway. Parking is a bit of an issue but otherwise it is PERFECT. I have stayed there before and will again VERY soon. Its amazing that just through the trees from the restaurant you can see the tops of vehicles on the motorway and yet you would never know the motorway was there otherwise. It has a gorgeous view with a motorwya hidden by trees.....magic

No parking on site. Walked over a mile from nearest legal on street parking. Room boiling hot, no air conditioning, no plug sockets near bed. Fan provided by reception is pointless as only circulating hot air. Iron looks like it has been used to cook food. Don’t waste your money till they upgrade the hotel.

Grumpy receptionist guessed my name wrong twice after I told him what it was and after I had offered the booking reference straight away. Then he shouted at me for trying to enter my vehicle registration in the wrong touch screen. The shower curtain stank of stale cigarettes which made the room smell all night , luckily the windows were open wide for us to disguise the smell , it still lingered in the morning . Urine left in toilet to greet us , tissue on floor under bed and black mould on bathroom tiles . Really comfy bed though , never really had issues at the many Premier Inns i have stayed at this was a shock .

It’s a shame there is building works going on at the moment as they do detract from your stay whilst working shifts. However, the staff absolutely make the best of the situation. Kul is always on hand to make our experience the best. She is always so friendly, smiley & helpful to whatever we could possibly need. I purely come back just to see her! No matter whether I’m leaving for a shift, or coming back, she is there to brighten my day with a quick chat and a massive smile.

Great stay, would definitely advise. Alfy and Khl was very nice and welcoming to me and my family and tried to do as much as they can to make the baby happy. Coby.
