Great location, roof top bar and pool, and clean hotel.

This review is long overdue. We stayed at this beautiful hotel for my husband’s 50th birthday trip. It is conveniently located in downtown Louisville close to everything. The hotel is everything you could want and need. First off, the staff was exceptional. Everyone we met was professional and courteous. A special shout out to Stephon with the Concierge and Courtney at the Front Desk. We really appreciated the champagne and welcome letter upon arrival to begin our celebration. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and well- appointed. The hotel offers nice amenities included a rooftop bar and pool and a Cadillac Escalade shuttle service. We never had to take our car out the entire weekend. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, distilleries and attractions in downtown Louisville. The hotel also has a wonderful restaurant on-site where we had breakfast. This is one of THE BEST hotel stays I have had in many years. They have really instilled the concept of hospitality within their employees. We will definitely return and continue to recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Louisville area. This wasn’t just a place to sleep but a major highlight of our trip.

Our family of four just returned home from Louisville. My husband was attending a conference for work at the hotel and I tagged along with our two older children. The hotel is in a great location! We were within easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants and sights near the Whiskey Row part of town. The staff were top notch- huge shout out to both Kim and Courtney for helping us arrange check in and checkout so I could get on a call for work! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We didn’t love the under bed lights so much in the middle of the night—too bright! But the beds were comfortable and the shower was lovely. The rooftop pool and spa were amazing! I would stay here again just for those amenities! It was a cool view from the top and such a relaxing space.

My wife and I travel quite a bit and have stayed in some very nice hotels and resorts including some Michelin Key properties. Hotel Bourre Bonne will be at the top of all the hotels we've experienced thus far! Everything was perfect, and I previously worked in the hotel industry so I can usually point out flaws immediately. We stayed for our anniversary and they went above and beyond at every turn to ensure we had an amazing stay! The food is absolutely delicious and we loved the steakhouse. Kara was absolutely fantastic! My biggest pet peeve when dining at a nice restaurant is being rushed, and her timing could not have been more perfect. The breakfast and service by Regina was also amazing. The rooms are beautiful and I highly recommend the corner rooms. They are huge! The rooftop was so much fun and Brooke took excellent care of us! My only small complaint is that the rooftop pool is freezing. We cannot wait to return though!!

This hotel is fantastic! It is very new and everything is so nice and clean. They have amazing people working there, especially Stephan the concierge who called me a few days before our stay and made special arrangements to help us celebrate our friend’s birthday. Courtney at the front desk was also exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very modern. Super comfy beds and cool lighting, including a sensor that comes on under the bed when you are getting close to it. Housekeeping does a great job and made it feel like staying in a fancy resort. Loved the gym and the restaurant in the lobby! The rooftop pool is beautiful and they have a DJ up there at night. They offer free rides within a 3 mile radius in a beautiful new Cadillac SUV, which we used multiple times. The location was perfect for what we were doing. Highly recommend!! Hotel is stunning. We were upgraded to a corner room 5th floor and the room was beyond spacious. Nice amenities including a full bar cart!!! Gym one of the best I’ve had in a hotel and there is a water machine that you can add flavors or electrolytes too. Loved it!!! I think the standout of our stay was the Concierge Stephon and the maintenance man Mike! Stephon’s helped me with so many things but when I need a notch added to my belt he brought in Mike! Mike is in maintenance. They came up with a plan. 5 minutes later Mike delivered my belt and it fit to perfection. These are the details in a hotel that won’t be forgotten. Kudos to this dynamic duo for helping a girl out. Highly recommend hotel .
