It was a very bad experience indeed My mistake I didn’t check the reviews before booking Mattress , bed , Pillows not comfortable at all We couldn’t sleep No AC Manager unpleasant I can’t believe this person live in Lourdes

un très bon accueil dans cet établissement très bien placé près de la gare, arrêt bus au coin de la rue pour aller jusqu'à la grotte. L'hôtel a été refait et les chambres sont insonorisées toutes équipées de double vitrage. Le petit déjeuner est frugal fait de produits naturels. Je recommande vivement et j'ai déjà hâte d'y revenir.

Il personale femminile non è per niente ospitale, non capiscono l’inglese e parlano poco l’italiano. Ci hanno addirittura incolpato per aver rotto la porta d’ingresso, che in realtà si apriva e chiudeva perfettamente. Pessimo il cibo e pieno di spezie e salse o brodaglie. Il bagno in camera non ha né una finestra né una ventola, nonostante quest’ultima sia obbligatoria se manca la finestra.

C'est un vrai cauchemar. Un gérant impolii et agressif. Vous n'avez qu'à lire ses réponses aux commentaires pour savoir c'est quel genre de personne . En plus des chambres très sales, des lits très petits et inconfortables. Un ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas. Et la liste n'en finit pas....

L’Acropolis est un petit hôtel « familial » situé à proximité du sanctuaire, des points d’intérêts de Lourdes et de parkings gratuits. Lydie et Régis nous accueillent convivialement et partagent leurs bonnes adresses (comme le petit restaurant Vietnamien 😉). Notre chambre était propre et lumineuse, la salle de bain possédait une vraie fenêtre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons dans cet établissement lors de notre prochain séjour à Lourdes. Merci à Lydie et Regis pour la qualité de nos échanges. Hélène et Jérôme

Bon emplacement de l hôtel , près de tout. Bus au coins de la rue ou à la gare. Je recommande cet hôtel. Je reviendrai.
