Great hotel in a great location! Just a 10 minute walk to the Grotto, and right opposite the stop for the airport shuttle. The hotel was spacious and clean with a relaxing air. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. They wanted to make sure guests were comfortable. I highly recommend booking a superior room rather than a standard one. I had a room on the top floor with amazing views of mountains, and the river - as well as other hotels. The room was large and clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee replenished every day. When I arrived, there was a free bottle of water in the fridge and a little gift of a Lourdes medal plus a couple of sweets, with a beautiful and kind note from the manager. I really appreciated those touches. I would stay here again.

Great location. The hotel was clean and the room size was more than adequate. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. I warmly recommend it.

The place is nice, not too noisy. The size of the room is decent and the room is clean, but there was a strange smell when I first entered the room so I need to open the window.

It was a good hotel for a 3 night stay. We had a nice of of the river, really close to the sanctuary and nearby sights.

Very old outdated hotel, lobby looks nice but not when you see the room. I think the rooms need to be refurbished to match the 4 stars hotel they claimed. We got building view when we book a city view room 😞 wouldn't recommended this hotel
