Very bad hotel, the staff of the reception don't speak English so good and is not friendly, the Wifi is very weak so you can't get internet everywhere in the hotel, the housekeeping is not coming over every day to clean the room of the balcony and never put some spray against the insects and the last point is that you have to pay 15€/ day for the accomodation

Our stay in the hotel was amazing. Room was cosy, and always clean. The viev was breathtaking. The personel was on the highest level, especally Mina and Froso from beach bar. They were always happy and made us the best Greek coffe. Thank you for incredible holidays.

More a place for families. Clearly not quite as luxurious as we'd expected. Biggest disappointment was the buffet with a very mediocre offering, we were shoulder season so not surprised some things were shut but the a la carte restaurant was only open two evenings when we were there so we went out to eat. Our room was lovely, with a private pool but the rest of the resort didn't match the room. So we'd rather go to some boutique small location. Maybe we've been spoilt but this felt like some 5 star rooms sitting in a 3 star resort.

Okay 3 night stay at the resort. Pros were amazing sea view from room (437), friendly staff, room bathroom and several sun bathing options on the beach /pool. Cons were overall dated resort, inefficient pest control (cockroaches in the room) and overpriced buffet lunch with average food.

Grounds were lovely and well kept. The rooms need to be updated but were very clean. The breakfast buffet and area was excellent. Staff and service was friendly and efficient. The pool area was not crowded or noisy so an enjoyable area and the beaches were fine.

I stayed with a group of friends from Belgrade (Serbia) at the Ramada Loutraki hotel from June 20 to 30. My impressions of the hotel are outstanding. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything tourists need. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel manager Mr. Dejan Matijević deserves special praise. He is always available to the guests and solves any problems that arise or fulfills the guests' wishes. The food in the restaurant is top level. In short, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially because of its great position in the pine forest next to the beach itself. Zorica Mrvošević Belgrade, Serbia

Beware of cockroaches!!!!! Two different rooms, different buildings and same insects. Terrible. We were moving out from our room in the middle of the night. No recompenasation no nothing… not even sorry. My kid has unlocked new fear…cockroaches..
