The mattresses on the beds swayed in the middle. Very uncomfortable. I asked for an extra blanket and the front desk person retrieved it from the laundry area. When I opened it up in my room there was a bed bug on it. This prompted me to closely inspect the beds. I found three more. I would have demanded a refund and left had I not booked through a third party.

Disappointing The breakfast was awful, there was nothing available except juice, minimal choices, no yogurt, no breakfast meat, only a couple of bagels and waffle. Also the hotel charged me twice and it still isn’t off my credit card, instead of charging me 450.00 they charged me 880.00!! I’m still waiting for the refund.
