A newly opened hotel. Everything is new. The room is very large and spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds. There are two pillows, one of which is sponge and very comfortable. The service attitude of the front desk is also very good, and they are very enthusiastic in answering any questions. The only drawback is that the restaurant does not have heating and the temperature is a bit low. The food got cold quickly. Easy parking.

This hotel was much better than I expected. The receptionist was beautiful and spoke very gently. She upgraded my room for free, and since my luggage was quite large, she even helped me carry it to the room – very thoughtful. The room was spacious, and there was a light, pleasant fragrance as soon as I entered. The floor-to-ceiling windows were double-glazed and very quiet; I slept soundly until morning! The next day, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and then went out to explore…

This was my first time experiencing the Hanting Hotel in New Metropolis, having previously stayed at other hotels. This three-day experience was absolutely fantastic! It will definitely be my first choice next time! First of all, the receptionists were incredibly attentive. During check-in, they asked if I needed two room keys, and later, when I locked the door twice to get takeout, they were very patient and polite in getting a third key. They even let me choose my own room. Later, when I checked out, they proactively called and texted to ask if I wanted my things and offered to keep them safe – thank you so much! They also provided a free refrigerator. Secondly, the cleaning lady and the repairman were also super polite, greeting me every time we met. The room was huge – one camera couldn't capture it all! The soundproofing was excellent, and the laundry room was high-end with a dryer – so convenient! I also tried the gym, which was fantastic! The location is excellent, close to Hongjie and New Metropolis, and super convenient for eating Haidilao! It's truly top-tier, my number one choice. Thank you!

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The lobby was clean and bright, check-in at the front desk was incredibly fast, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was dry and odor-free, the Wi-Fi speed was stable, and the shower water pressure and temperature were just right. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the self-service laundry room and robot service were extremely useful. Excellent value for money!

The room is very small, the window faces the road at the crossroads, and it is a small window. This is not the point. The sound insulation of the main room is very poor. It happened to meet unconscious residents the night before. The speech next door in the middle of the night, the closing sound, etc., are very loud, just like being around yourself, noisy all night without closing your eyes! I won't go to this place again!

I have used Trip.com for many years, and I rarely comment. This time Hanting changed my inherent impression of Hanting, which exceeded my expectations. Although this time it was invited by the front desk staff to evaluate, it was true that this Hanting experience made me feel that I could evaluate it. The room was clean, all kinds of equipment were very good, and I saw it very carefully. A few small details moved me, the tea bags and cups for tea were very good, and the hair dryer was easy to use. Breakfast is also good, almost 9 o'clock, still can still eat. I have stayed in some hotels before, and I am really satisfied with it. It is recommended.
