Lu'an Jin'an District Hotels

The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful. Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.

There are many underground parking spaces, which is convenient for parking. The breakfast is rich in variety, only 25 per person, which is completely a five-star breakfast. The environment is absolutely amazing. I didn't expect that there is such a beautiful hotel in Lu'an. I like the Chinese style very much. There is a view at every step. Living in it, you can feel the visual sense of an antique garden and modern luxury design. The room is very large. Looking at the flowers in the garden on the balcony is so intoxicating. The front desk service is particularly good. Ms. Sun at the front desk upgraded the lake view room for free. The male manager at the front desk is very enthusiastic. I called to consult about fishing before. He was very patient and gave the children souvenirs before leaving. It was a journey to Banwei, a Chinese garden hotel with aesthetic points everywhere. I look forward to coming again next time!
