I was also lucky enough to taste the sumptuous breakfast of Wanxi Hotel that combines Chinese and Western styles. The strong aroma of American coffee is paired with the authentic Lu'an breakfast delicacy - Qianzhang Bao Youtiao, haha! A dazzling array of fruits of all colors. Every waiter is very professional in their hospitality. I also tried to pack breakfast once, and it was packed properly. The hardware, facilities, services, management, sanitation, and geographical conditions are all first-rate. Takeaways can be delivered directly to the door, which is very convenient! I must give thumbs up to Wanxi Hotel for its value for money!

I brought my parents and the elderly and booked two rooms. The environment is very good and the location is good. The service at the front desk of the hotel is very warm. Considering that there are elderly people to take care of, I also specially changed two rooms close to me. The living is very comfortable and clean. There are disposable bath towels and head covers in the bathroom. It would be better if you can match a disposable razor. The overall experience is good and the price is very affordable. The first choice for next time will be this one.

The hotel is near the Yunlu Street Food Street, and various food shops are just downstairs, which is very convenient. The location is near the Pei River, which is deep and not noisy. The room can see Wanxi College on the island and the Radio and Television Tower on the opposite bank. The scenery is good. The above-ground and underground parking lots are spacious and convenient. The room is clean and large enough. Xiaolin, the receptionist, has a good service attitude and is professional. Will continue to consider it again!

Clean and hygienic, the sheets are relatively new, the equipment and facilities are relatively new! The dining is very delicious, the food is rich in variety, the key is that the price is not expensive. The most worth mentioning is the front desk service girl, the service is thoughtful, caring and considerate, really like your own store, the boss should be proud of having such a good employee, it is recommended to give her a salary increase! I will definitely visit again next time!

The arrangement of the rooms were quite confusing although room numbers were written on the walls as guide. I noticed that some rooms weren't chronologically come next to each other. Perhaps they could try rearranging the room numbers / places for easier and faster recognition. They may also opt to put bathrobes in every room regardless which type of room it is as well as add some coffee / tea sachets / sets as some visitors might not have much time or opportunity to go get or buy outside or somewhere. The windows also don't have metal brackets outside for security reasons / purposes. Some lighting weren't even properly working as well as the air conditioning seemed a bit weird, like blowing hot wind and then blowing cold wind a couple of times after (and it's winter season at the time of this writting). Additional English - speaking staff could have also been present for easier assistance for foreigners or expats. These were just few observations / considerations for better improvement but never imply a bad reflection about the place. Overall, it's still a good hotel which is recommendable. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The convenient and accessible location of the hotel were also very good points, plus it's by the road or main highway. I would still add this to my hotel list the next time I visit Lu'an again. Thank you!
