The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful. Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.

When checking in, the manager Zhang Xiaoxiao at the front desk of the hotel smiled and warmly received the hotel's special black tea. I came to the hotel after a day of boating and car work, which made me feel like going home. It was really comfortable! The hotel's environment is beautiful, hygienic, safe, sound insulation and other facilities hardware, it is self-talking, it is Lu'an first-class! During the whole stay, I was seriously taken care of by Manager Wang Yue. I had to answer questions and respond to requests. I enjoyed the butler service only available in a super five-star hotel.
