Excellent localization Friendly staff Breakfast to improve

I've booked on 15th of May Ritz Capital Luanda Angola for 3 nights from 25-28 May on **********, paid 187 euro, the hotel confirmed the booking. On the 25th of May we arrived at the hotel and they refused to give us a room because they allegedly terminated contract with ********** on the 19th of May. We've argued for 4-5 hours, The Ritz Capital hotel managment even admitted that they could see that we paid already but they wouldn't give us a room to stay. We used random guests to translate, called the police etc., it didn't help, no room. Attached find the letter of Ritz Capital where they instruct their recepcionist not to give room to those who paid for ********** or other platforms. We had to go and find an other hotel middle of the night with all our luggages, of course it was more expensive, and we can consider ourseves lucky to had one for the 3 nights we paid already ...

⚠️⚠️I booked 12 nights and didn't sleep 1! It's cheap, yes, but it's in a common building, 2 floors with hotel rooms and the rest private apartments, a dirty street, ************ in front. The photos are from the opening of the hotel, nowadays it has nothing to do with it!!! The hotel has no indication of where it is, the elevator doesn't work. How dirty are the sheets, walls and closets! Don't open the windows, it smells bad. Of the 12 nights I was not reimbursed €1 🤣 I went to the RK SUITE 🥰 FAIR PRICE, SEE THE COMPARATIVES TO PAY LESS. I'm not even talking about the workers, this hotel has to close!

Esse hotel é o melhor de Angola,as condições são muito elevada e o atendimento é do melhor.Cada cliente saí feliz os meus amigos gostaram muito e não me arrependi de ter trago eles.A higiene do hotel é do melhor.A nossa escolha foi a melhor e a recepção de toda equipa multidisciplinar tão calorosa e marcante.Por favor continuem assim 🦾

Recomendo uma visita
