The Jam Hostel

The hostel was in a great location and staff were very friendly. We found it super easy to meet people around the pool or in the dorms. We stayed in an 8 person mixed dorm with ensuite, bathroom was big and room was clean, and you got two lockers, one inside your bunk which was helpful! The bar had relatively cheap drinks and food was convenient and affordable. Staff were also helpful for booking us a Nong Kiaw trip, good price too. Some of the bathrooms did have drainage issues but were fixed quickly

Nice hostel for a good price. Toilet in dorm was not very clean, ants everywhere. The bed was also not great. they all come with their own personal fan but it makes a lot of noise and causes the bed to shake. Loud music until late at night from the restaurant at the hostel. Prices at the restaurant are generally high for what you get too. You have to pay for a towel. But staff is very friendly and location is unbeatable.

This hostel is a good distance from the loud night market area but is still an easy walk from it. I appreciated their cafe and poolside area, but I was not there for the nightlife. The lockers in the rooms were a good size, and each bed has an individual fan that can be turned on inside the bed curtains. Our room was above a staff/family apartment however, and the noise of the kids downstairs was occasionally disruptive.

Extended my stay for one more night The location is central And I had the dormitory all by myself What a luxury :)
