Ruoxi Hotel

This is essentially a 2 stars (3 stars of not for the breakfast) hotel, advertised as 4 stars one. Pros: quiet neighbourhood, spacious rooms, very nice and tremendously helpful stuff, free laundry machine with refresher (!). Cons: no fridge, no chairs in room, no tea and coffee, cleaning involves emptying the bin and once (per 4 nights) fresh towels, no foot towel, during our stay the WiFi broke for hours, electricity broke once (it was fastly fixed, though). Booked the hotel as a 4 stars one and were expecting a breakfast as fits for one; but it's two eggs with a salad and a rice porridge; we've decided to decline it and were refunded. Bottom line: has the hotel been advertised as 2 stars, we would have been prepared; and would have chosen accordingly.

The staff was very kind and offered complimentary water throughout the stay. Also the room was nice and had everything that’s needed.

Good hotel. Good location. Pleasant quiet patio. Friendly lady who did her best to please us, European guests. The morning we left the hotel, we were too early for breafast but she made sandwiches while we were waiting for the tucktuck. 1 negative point : the internet in the hotel is rather weak and not very reliable.
