New hotel, sparklingly clean, simple breakfast,20 minutes walk to Mekong River. In hot weather it can feel quite long. Friendly staff. The receptionist can speak a little bit of English. With a translator app, things get done.

Pros:  •Close proximity to the night market, restaurants and Phousi hill •The room beside the bathroom was cleaned. Cons: •We were told to remove our shoes before entering the hotel by the hotel staff, but apparently that rule doesn’t apply to white people.  Seriously my own people and my mother-land, please stop that ridiculous nonsense thinking.  I saw these a couple wearing their shoes inside the hotel lobby and the young receptionist said absolutely nada. •Bathroom smells (sewage smell).  I think they have a problem with their sewage system.  The bathroom smells, especially in our room A1.  Just a tip for the next customer - close the bathroom door to help eliminate the smell. •No hand towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, hair net, cotton swap and water bottles.  You get the basic just the 2 towels, hand soap, a single toilet paper roll ,body wash and shampoo. •WiFi is nonexistent.  Barely can connect to the hotel WiFi (If WiFi is something you care about) •Sink only has cold running water  •They don’t have a 24 hr receptionist   •Only two mirrors in the room (One in living space the other in the bathroom) • Expect mosquitos in Luang Prabang - We have 4 in the room sleeping with us. •No TV (no one really cares, but if you do) •No tissue paper  •No coffee/tea (usually provided in most hotels) •Room was properly cleaned.  I think they didn’t replace our sheets or blanket.  The blanket was just laid over the bed which is okay.  Ain’t nothing to complain about. •No one really cares about our concerns with the hotel.  The loose sink faucet and the bathroom smells

The hotel was very nice with traditional decor and conveniently located at the city center and easy walking distance to the night market and other nearby landmarks and tourists attractions. The breakfast was very simple, though satisfying and made according to the set menu items you select. Service quality was very good and helpful and front desk staff spoke English.

Even considering the peak season, the accommodations in Luang Prabang are worse than motels in Korea, and the price is higher. The location is too noisy, and if I come next time, I will get a room on the tourist street or by the river for the same price. Since everything is within walking distance anyway. The owner is rarely at the reception, so I can't ask or request anything. There is a child who looks like a middle school student all night long who doesn't speak English. The maids in the early morning also don't speak English. I just checked out at 11 AM, but the owner came to work for breakfast and is still not there. The room condition is just right and it's clean, but the soundproofing is not good at all, so I could hear everything from the next room, which was hard. I just hope that Chinese people don't stay in the next room.

Relatively new hotel with nice and clean rooms in a good location in Luang Prabang. The staff are friendly and helpful, you can choose between different options for breakfast. Water, coffee and tea are free. Scooters, tours and transfers can also be booked directly on site. The WiFi in the rooms could be a bit better. All in all, very good value for money and we would stay there again.

Men generally don't talk nonsense. There are two types of nonsense: one is dissatisfaction, and the other is too satisfied. This one belongs to the first type. The facilities are average, and there are two yellow spots on the towel, which is not pleasing to the eye. When I was sleeping, the lights in the corridor were always on. The curtains were not strong enough, and the brightness of the room felt always bright. I woke up after sleeping for more than two hours and couldn't fall asleep again. I went to the foreigner street to see the alms early in the morning. The benefits It is in the city center and the transportation is quite convenient.

Thank you for your hospitality. First of all, the location is not bad. It is about 10 minutes to the main street. There are two highly rated local restaurants in the area, one next door and one opposite, so it is highly recommended for those who like the local atmosphere. If you don't order breakfast in the morning, there is a porridge shop and a banh mi shop next to the restaurant, so you won't have any trouble eating lol 😆 As for the important thing, the room is very large. The floor is made of marble and is cool and refreshing. The room is quite spacious inside and has a large storage chest. I don't think it's easy to find a storage chest that is this large. It's wonderful 👍 The bath and toilet are also separated. There is also a veranda, which is common to all rooms, but it is very open and wonderful. I had tea 🍵 here for a while. 🌟 The breakfast is also very polite and relaxing. The photo is the first one. After this, the main *🥚 dish comes out... The coffee is instant and there is no water. You have to refill your water yourself. You can also get a refill of coffee. Another disappointment is that even though the breakfast is delicious, you don't get butter 🧈 unless you ask for it. It's a shame about the small details. The facilities are large, but the sound echoes, so I think the opening and closing of the door 🚪 is very loud. The woman at the front desk 👩 is working hard with her child 👩 and I respect her for her sincere work. I'm sure the child will grow up to be a fine young man after watching his mother's back. I'm sorry for the inconvenience I caused this woman by forgetting to lock the door due to my misunderstanding. To the owner 1) When I went down the stairs to enter the reception, there was glass waiting for me, but I accidentally bumped into it. I cut my 👄 and bled 🩸. I'm glad the glass didn't break. Although I bumped into it, it was quite dangerous, so I think there should be some kind of warning sign before it becomes a big accident so that something similar doesn't happen again. For example, a notice. 2) It seems that you have to declare that you will be cleaning if you stay for multiple nights, but there was no explanation and it became a source of trouble. I thought that cleaning should be improved to be the basics, or that you should check whether cleaning has been done at check-in along with breakfast confirmation. I don't think it's a place to cut corners.
