The single room with shared bathroom was very basic, the bed itself was clean and confortable but the room is very old and could be cleaner, in a basement (good ventilation though). The bathroom wasn’t clean and was full of mosquitoes. There were dead mosquitoes inside the shower gel. I was happy to stay there only for one night.

The location is about 15 minutes walk to whete the action is, i.e. night market and main street. Opposite temple. Unfortunately, on Saturday morning at 04:00. AM the monks started making music waking me up. With some breaks this continued through the rest of the night. I spent 4 nigjts there without room cleaning. Bathroom had no ventilation or window resulting in floor staying wet. I stayed in 'superior single room' . It did not feel superior with the window facing a wall at a distance of 1 m. The place is run by Chinese and their clients appear to be mostly Chinese. Google translate with Chinese to English turned out to be useful.

Convenient location, easy to find, rooms are not soundproof, but the water pressure is good.
