Stayed here after I stayed at a Chinese managed run-down place as a birthday present for myself. I really loved my room and the atmosphere of the whole hotel. Room was large and had a large window front towards the river. Lovely bathroom with separate shower. Everything was clean. The reception staff was really friendly and helped me with the transport to the bus station. Would definitely stay again!

nice staffs , clean but noisy due to closely to the road btw. we can use earplugs to help no issues. nice location.

The staff is very nice and the location is good, but the noise from the motorbikes, cars, and some drunken patrons at the restaurant opposite was too loud, so I couldn't sleep well.

The Salang Prabang is an older hotel, with some character. Staff was very nice. The only downside is that vehicle traffic is a bit noisy at 6 a.m., but not noticeable after that. The hotel is located just across the road from the Mekong River, so I had a very good view.

Highly-recommended stay in Luang Prabang. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and give some pro-tips about the area. The place is quite close to several cafés, restaurants, spas, and markets. Has a very chill and laid-back vibe. Would go back for sure!

Booked Sala Prabang, but during check in, was taken to a more run down Guesthouse next door. Housekeeping could do better. Hung the sign for room to be made, nothing was done when we returned at 2pm. Contacted the counter, staff eventually turned up at 3.20pm.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. They helped us with a room change when we did not like the room assigned.

Great value and location. You can walk to night market, temple and another nice restaurant nearby.

The interior was stylish and it was a very nice hotel. What I liked most was that the shared spaces were also stylishly designed, that you could see the Mekong River flowing when you opened the window, and that the beds had lots of cushions and were very comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was also very good. Fresh fruit and local dishes were provided, and there was a wide selection of drinks as well. I was particularly fond of the yogurt, and had it every morning. However, there was little lighting and it felt dark, and although this may have just been the room I stayed in, water from the shower splashed in all directions, making it difficult to rinse off the soap.

The atmosphere is quiet, not far from the center, you can walk there. The staff is good. If there is a room available, you can check in right away.

The room is cute. The bathroom door is very difficult to open. It hurts my hand to open it. It's not far from the night market. You can walk there.

It is in a good location, within walking distance to various places. The room is spacious. The staff is friendly and provides good service. I recommend it.
