A stunning hotel where every corner is a masterpiece. Helpful staff, everything is very clean and taken care of. The food was great too. Highly recommend! The only downside is poor wifi connection, so if you need to do some work you’d better go someplace else :)

The next night, I took a shower and blew my hair, and sparks flew directly. The lights in the whole house, the sockets in the toilet and the bathroom were all out of power. Only a few sockets had electricity. I called the front desk 5 times, but no one answered. In the end, it was too late and I barely went to bed. I knew that there was no call until I left the hotel. The hotel's way of dealing with this was to allow us to check out later at 2 o'clock, which was totally ridiculous!!! We had a flight at 2 o'clock and didn't need to check out early. The manager saw that we were very unhappy and agreed to take us to the airport for free, but we had already booked a car!

An unexpected surprise in Luang Prabang. The hotel is a different world with a different view. Every piece of furnishings is an old object, with many old photos and old Buddha statues. The reception room and swimming pool have a kind of old southern beauty. The room is on the first floor of a single-family building. The old wooden door with shutters opens to a private courtyard full of green plants. The neighborhood is very quiet, away from the downtown. There is a temple next to the hotel, and there will be daily donations from local residents around 6 am. The whole Luang Prabang is not big, and you can reach the morning and evening markets and Mount Phu Si by strolling from the hotel. The service is quite satisfactory. Not very enthusiastic, but comfortable.

On the first day, the tip was placed on the bedside table, but they didn’t take it. On the second day, it was specially placed on the quilt and taken away. It can be seen that the service training is still very strict! The room is large and comfortable to live in. The bedding and bath towels are very comfortable! Talk about the shortcomings. The room is not very soundproof. The waiter cleans outside in the morning, and the sound is very clear. If you live downstairs, the sound upstairs is very clear. If you encounter people who go to bed late and get up early, it will affect the quality of rest downstairs. Another point is that the hotel does not have a pick-up service. Many hotels will provide pick-up and drop-off services within the town at any time, or even pick-up and drop-off services at the airport and high-speed rail. In addition, the hotel is a little off-site. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to any place. It is impossible to walk under the scorching sun. You need to take a tuk-tuk every time. The price of tuk-tuks in Luang Prabang has skyrocketed in recent years. Even if you only take a five-minute ride, the starting price is 20,000 per person (about 6 yuan in total), and it is calculated per person. It is more expensive than taking a taxi in any major city in China! When going to the high-speed rail station, the price of the hotel's delivery is 25 US dollars, and I immediately ordered a 99 yuan delivery service on Mafengwo. Except for the fact that I was not satisfied with the trip, the hotel vacation was really good, and I should go there again in the future.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid thunder On the first day of check-in, we were asked if we wanted to participate in the New Year's Eve event and dinner, which cost 120 US dollars per person. After we clearly refused, the waiter said that we had to ask the manager for approval. ? ? Even said that some guests would pay even if they did not participate in the event. Very outrageous. The hotel is a historical building. It is understandable that some hardware facilities cannot be renovated, but it is really hard to understand that small appliances such as hair dryers cannot be equipped with a better one, but the low-power hair dryers of hotels that cost three or four hundred yuan. There is basically no service awareness. The local restaurant and Mekong River night tour were booked through the hotel, claiming that they were booked, but when we arrived at the place, the other party said that there was no reservation record... This is the first time I have encountered such an unreliable one. The breakfast options are also relatively simple, with a fixed menu ordering system every day. It was basically repeated on the third day. I ordered Lao Green Tea on the menu, but what was brought up was Twinings tea bag green tea... When leaving the hotel, my friend took the hotel's change bag to put dirty clothes (a cloth bag), but when he checked out and arrived at the train station, he was told to return the laundry bag. We left our old clothes and shoes in the hotel, and no waiter asked if they were personal belongings left behind.

The whole experience was the most regrettable experience, which ruined so many good experiences. And later I found that there was a Chinese menu, but the service staff did not take the initiative to give it to us. Lao people feel shy or something. Anyway, the waiters who received us were enthusiastic and some kept avoiding us. It was inexplicable. On the first day of going out, I found that 300 yuan was missing from my wallet in the room on the same day. Although I am not sure whether it was taken by the hotel staff, I still remind people who go there to pack up their valuables. When you go out shopping, you must be careful when you meet people who can speak Chinese, whether they are compatriots or foreigners. They think that Chinese people have a lot of money and are stupid, or they are too generous and will rip you off. Secondly, you can bargain at night markets and morning markets.

The hotel consists of several villas. The internal environment and decoration are very unique. The rooms are also large and there is a small swimming pool where you can still swim. However, the facilities in the room are really too old, especially the air conditioner, which is very loud and is right next to the bed, making it difficult to use. The air conditioner was still leaking in the middle of the night, and it actually dripped directly onto your pillow. You didn't sleep well all night. I love it so much, all the details, the first choice for a quiet and flat bed. I went there during the winter New Year. Except that the swimming pool was too cold to go in, it satisfied all my fantasies of a tropical oasis holiday villa! The food is also delicious~
