We booked two rooms at this hotel for two nights in early January. However, upon arrival, we discovered the hotel was uncomfortably warm due to a sudden drop in temperature at night. Outside, the temperature dropped to 7-8 degrees Celsius, while indoors it was around 13-15 degrees Celsius. Considering the air conditioning in the room wasn't heating properly and we had two small children with us, we decided to change hotels and check out after one night. At the reception, the hotel staff assured us not to worry and would refund the remaining amount through the booking service. Despite the efforts of the booking service staff, this hotel refused to refund us for the one night we didn't actually stay. Thus, we had an unpleasant experience booking at this hotel, which is supposedly managed by a reputable British company and should meet high standards of guest comfort.
