What a find! Away from the main street although easily walkable to the night market and bars and restaurants. Carefully prepared breakfasts which we both enjoyed. Rooms are large and individually decorated, cleaned daily. Really loved the beautiful decor. Service was excellent. Any query was answered fully and suggestions for activities and restaurants given if and when required. There was a lovely pool area with beds and chairs too. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel for families or couples.

Good hotel. In general, everything is not bad, but the plumbing, doors, etc. are already a little broken. True, the hotel is undergoing reconstruction. This is good news for future guests, but not so much for us. :)))) Because it was noisy during the day, but in fairness, I must say that you didn’t come to LP to sit in your room? Another downside. Well, a very, very poor breakfast. They definitely could have brewed coffee instead of slipping in instant pot.

The hotel is very well located close to the center of Luang Prabang, some rooms even have a view at the river Kam. The staff is very friendly and helpful, every afternoon guests get a fresh fruit juice. The included breakfast is good as well and offers many options. There‘s construction next door, the workers start at 8 a.m and finish working at 5 p.m. But this should be over soon. All in all: great and affordable choice in Luang Prabang.

After asking around in the past, I found that room rates in Luang Prabang are generally on the expensive side (compared to local prices). Although this hotel is not worth RMB 300 in China, considering the local conditions in Laos, it is considered to be in good condition, clean and tidy, with complete facilities (air conditioning). Be sure to remember your boss’s phone number or add him on WeChat! Because it is a B&B, there is no one at the front desk at night, so you have to contact the owner directly.

It was comfortable with a calm atmosphere because it was conveniently located and away from the main street. I stayed in another area, but I felt that this area had few mosquitoes. We requested and got it through the second floor of the corner room of the annex, but the terrace here was comfortable, and it was good to slow down while watching the life scenery of the neighborhood in one hand at noon. In the morning, you can also visit the bowl from this terrace. The size of the room with luxurious use of trees and stones is sufficient. I think it's only this room, but there is no partition in the shower room, and I use it to make sure that the water doesn't jump to take a bath. It may be for couples or accustomed couples. The hot water was too hot and came out firmly so difficult to adjust. Staff is also English OK. polite and friendly. Breakfast is American style, not buffet. He gave me a naive but polite service. If you say you want to repeat again, it is a guest house of ”YES”.

1. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Xiangtong Temple and about one kilometer away from the Palace Museum, which is very convenient. It is also a few minutes away to see the donation in the morning. 2. The hotel service is very good, and the breakfast is also very delicious. problem: 1. The room is relatively small, and it's ok to live alone, but it feels crowded if two people live; 2. There are too few sockets, especially if there is no socket near the bedside table, it is very inconvenient to charge the mobile phone. There are no sockets in the bathroom. 3. There are often small yellow ants on the small table above the refrigerator in the room. When using a laptop, there are often ants crawling on the screen, and they have been spotted several times on the table under the bathroom mirror. Even back to the Vientiane Hotel, there was an ant on the laptop. Suggestion: Eliminate the ants in the room.
