Texas Tech Modern Condo Prime Location - Walk to Ttu Campus, Broadway & Downtown

Great condo with a great location. We were there to visit Texas Tech and the location was perfect. The home was cozy with everything we needed. Thank you.

Everything was wonderful. Condo was exactly as pictured and host was very easy to communicate with.

This cute condo is in a great location. Everything is as pictured and in good condition. Just know that to get the bedrooms, you must walk up 2 flights of stairs with your luggage. Not a big deal for us, but elderly might take note. In the east bedroom, you can definitely hear road noise so maybe turn on a white noise app if that bothers you. I like having our car parked inside a gate so that was nice and secure. Felt very safe.

Great stay! Highly recommend this condo, it’s close to broadway which makes it perfect walking distance to a lot of locations! Very clean and communication was very good!

For the price - it was great! Clean enough, very quiet area, love the security of the gated community.

Condo was clean and very comfortable. Instructions on how to get there and find the condo were very easy to follow. It was very conveniently located to our son and all activities we had planned at Texas Tech. Communication with the host was easy and would definitely recommend this property.

Nice gated parking area in a quiet neighborhood. Host gave detailed instructions for check in. Condo was very clean with comfortable beds.

Communication from the host was excellent. The condo is conveniently located. The condo was clean, comfortable beds and kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. I would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great. It had all of the amenities needed for the weekend. The host communicated well for check in and check out procedures.
