B&B HOTEL Lublin Centrum ★★
"It's an actual hotel. Parking on site. Good location. Only issue is buch of Ukrainian kids running around hallways in the evening playing with elevators."
IBB Hotel Grand Hotel Lublin ★★★★
"Because I was not satisfied with the hygienic condition of the B&B I booked at first, I temporarily booked the most expensive hotel in this small city at the time. The hotel lobby is relatively dark, and you don't know where the door is without looking carefully. Except for a check-in staff member at the front desk, the entire lobby is empty. After checking in, I found that the room did not have air conditioning. After further investigation, I learned that the hotel has central air conditioning and guests cannot adjust it by themselves. Moreover, due to aging equipment, the air conditioner only blows out air but does not cool the room. The weather was really hot in mid-August, but fortunately, the room service staff kindly sent a powerful blower, which did alleviate the embarrassing situation a little bit."
Hotel Ilan ★★★★
"Located 2km from Lublin's Old Town, the rooms are spacious, the front desk staff are quite friendly, and there's a gym and sauna on the first floor. The breakfast wasn't very good, but everything else was quite nice."
Zeus Apartments Lublin ★★★
"The reception is open until 22, then there is a guard, The receptionist is very kind and helpful, thank you!"
Hampton by Hilton Lublin ★★★
"Let tit tere tiş tirit"
Holiday Inn Express LUBLIN by IHG ★★★
"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express with my parents. I am familiar with the IHG brand as I also work for the company, so I know what to expect from the brand standards. The hotel itself is nice, clean, and new, so I initially had high expectations. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by poor communication and a lack of staff training. During a fire alarm, the phone in my parents’ room didn’t work - which is a serious health and safety issue. I reported this immediately. There were also several issues with billing and communication: • I confirmed my staff discount for all food and beverage items before dining, yet when paying after dinner, I was told the discount was “not applicable.” • When I asked for a copy of my bill, I was told I would receive it upon checkout - I still haven’t received it, even a month later. • I was also charged for parking twice - I paid upon check-in, but was told again at checkout that it hadn’t been paid. Despite emailing both reception and the General Manager for clarification, no one has responded, which is incredibly disappointing. On the positive side, the breakfast was great with a good selection, and the staff were polite and friendly, but clearly not properly trained to handle basic guest service and billing procedures. This experience does not reflect true hospitality, and it’s not what I would expect from an IHG property. The hotel has so much potential, but staff training and communication need urgent attention."
Ibis Styles Lublin Stare Miasto ★★★
"We've stayed in quite a number of Ibis Styles hotels, and the decor in this one in Lublin is comparatively bland and not as quirky as most. That's not a complaint, but it means it's just similar to any other hotel really. The location is OK. It's just set back from a very busy road but actually calm and quiet. It's ten minutes walk into town, but there are bus and trolleybus routes nearby if you need them. It's on the other side of town to the rail station, so having arrived by train we used Bolt to get to the hotel - a ten-minute ride which cost 22 zloty when we arrived on a Sunday evening but only 13 zloty when we departed midweek late morning. We could see that there were always plenty of normal taxis available at the train station, and I'm sure they would not be expensive either. When we checked in, we were told our fifth-floor room had a beautiful view over the city, but sadly the outsides of the windows were so dirty we could barely see the view! I know the hotel would have to use outside contractors to clean the outsides of a multi-storey hotel so I don't blame the hotel staff... just disappointing though. Apart from the windows, the room was fine. Clean and tidy, with the towels changed every day if required. We had breakfast at the hotel each day, which was excellent and good value for money. On our final day my wife was disappointed there was no szarlotka on offer on this occasion, but she mentioned this to a member of staff who went into the kitchen and soon returned with FIVE pieces of cake on a small plate just for her!! We ate once in the evening in the hotel restaurant, where our food was tasty and well presented and cost 146 zloty for two main meals, a large beer and a cup of tea - a very reasonable price for a hotel meal. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very efficient. Check-in and check-out were speedy. Good value for money. It's a hotel which I would certainly recommend."
Hotel Wieniawski ★★★
"All in all an ok experience. Rooms are not dated but rather flat with velvet chair/lounger and oak-ish wood panels. There's NO area to sit for groups if you're in for work except for a conference room. Plus for Central location though. "
Arche Hotel Lublin ★★★
"There is a supermarket behind the hotel. The room is in a separate building, it is more inconvenient to take the lift and walk over from the open-air rooftop. The sound insulation is not quite good and you can hear it when you open the door next door."

Lubhotel
"Bad service, staff distant, they are only after money, you have to pay for everything, arrogant staff. The food is very bad and tastes terrible, the breakfast is bad, only pork, no chicken or beef, those salads are very salty and the coffee is very weak."
Dom na Podwalu
"What a superb little hotel in probably the best location in Lublin. We were probably lucky in being allocated a corner room - which far more pretentious hotels would call a Junior suite. On our first night I had a problem with my pillow being too high/thick due to neck problems caused by far too many years playing rugby. My wife (who is Polish) mentioned it to reception and we came back after a long walk in Poleski National Park (well worth a visit!!) to find a selection of new pillows waiting for us. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Both receptionists were not only professional but kind and friendly. A special mention must go to Jana (unsure of the correct spelling) at breakfast who was just lovely and helpful - and provided hot apple cake which was better than that of my Polish mother in law!!! I really cannot praise the hotel enough. We will be back here for sure on many more occasions - all hotels could learn from this one"
Focus Hotel Premium Lublin Conference & Spa
"Very satisfied with the hotel facilities are very good, breakfast is very good, very recommended, the location is also very good, the scenery outside the window is also good, especially suitable for travel and vacation, next time you have the opportunity to come"

Hotel Agit Congress&Spa
"It’s a little, but cozy place. With a absolute relaxation. Here you will really get everything to make yourself let go of daily troubles. But most of all, I must say about hotel staff. They are truly always there for you to make your stay comfortable and more. On my arrival, I get myself in to some trouble, because of long time no use, Poland phone number was blacked, Poland bank card was blocked, I don’t speak Polish and no people understand me to settle my activations. It’s maybe a small thing, but at that time, for me was very important and urgent. A stranger country, no friends, no family and only the reception personal . He spanned his time to make all the calls and get whole the pings and cod numbers , to activate everything I needed. And once again , within one hour i could relax and forget the whole daily troubles. Thank you."

Hotel Luxor
"As I now deal with a large Polish Company in the area I find that I often have to come to Lublin on business. The hotel is comfortable and very clean, the breakfast is of a very good standard however I did not eat in the restaurant. I stayed here for 2 nights. It was 8.40pm when I checked in, I was told by the receptionist that if wanted food the restaurant closed at 9pm, I took my bag upstairs and went down to the restaurant at 8.50pm and was told that the kitchen was closed, after I protested I was told that I could have something light but nothing complicated like a steak. So after travelling for 10 hours I went to bed hungry. I came back from my meeting at 3.30pm and went to sit at the nice shaded terrace outside of the restaurant but was told that there was no service until 5pm, so I went up to my room to sit out on the balcony, so at nearly 4pm the bed as I left it in the morning I then had to ask 3 times for the room to be made up. To sum up: FOUR STAR HOTEL RAN LIKE A GUESTHOUSE I will not book myself or my team of staff here again"
