Excellent stay and well looked after by the housekeeper. We were there for 5 nights and the place was spotless. Very clean rooms and extremely well soundproofed. Pool area was clean and tidy and pool was cleaned (although a bit cold for us). Breakfast was continental but the housekeeper was so obliging. Concierge was great and helped out with restaurant booking

I wrote directly to the management about a price offer. Finally Sara reduced the price to €150 for us as we only needed the room just to sleep. But a very strange behaviour came from the same Sara who replied: "I can't also interact anymore by email or phone." What sort of business does this? Well, Riccardo the general manager wrote an email to defend Sara's strange behaviour by saying that Sara to reply emails like mine - eho asks for discounts "is not part of her (Sara's) guest relations responsibilities. And Sara is the manager! Wow! I replied back to say that I'm happy with the price sent by Sara but he ignored me completely. With such a lack of customer approach, I don't know how they can stay on the market. Avoid this villa, management has no idea what a professional customer care really means. Shame Sara, shame Riccardo..

Perfecte accommodatie. Op prima loop afstand van het centrum en privé parkeren voor de auto. Een heerlijk zwembadje in privé tuin om af te koelen. Super mooie en schone kamers en een goed ontbijt. Maar enkele kamers in totaal dus erg rustig en relaxed.

La struttura è veramente bella, curata e comodissima per visitare il centro città. Camera spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto. Spazi comuni pulitissimi e in ordine. Parcheggio comodissimo. Colazione super. Servizio preciso e gentile.

Bella struttura dove alla privacy si fa luce un attenzione ed una cura per i dettagli non comune.L arredamento 'Lago ' la fa da padrone con una ricca attenzione per i particolari.Colazione ottima ed abbondante.Piacevole la sensazione camminando scalzi sull pavimento tiepido.Si esce e rientra attraverso codici di accesso e l auto parcheggiata all interno della struttura sempre in sicurezza.

Veramente tutto perfetto. Villa molto bella dotata di 5 stanze ciascuna con il proprio parcheggio. Comodo il check in on Line ed il codice per entrare. Stanza grande, bella e pulita. Attentissimi ad ogni dettaglio… tappetino igienizzato per la ginnastica, cuffie per dormire, kit da barba, kit con spazzolino e dentifricio ecc ecc Buona la colazione e gentilissima la signora in sala. Assolutamente da consigliare, a due passi da Porta Elisa per entrare nelle mura.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf in deze prachtige villa. De kamer was geweldig. Heel schoon, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Sara en haar collega's helpen je bij alles. Ze geven je veel goede tips over leuke dingen in Lucca, bereiden een heerlijk ontbijt en doen er alles aan om je een fijne tijd te geven. We hebben genoten en gaan hier zeker nog eens terug!
