Sorry I was unable to sleep comfortably. Noise from street and corridor. Historical wooden windows don’t have sound protection. Door also was without sound protection - 1* star amenities. 2* star for service because accommodation doesn’t have 24 reception, no breakfast. 2* star for location because entrance from narrow street, no view from windows. 4* star fro cleanliness - a new renovated accommodation but it’s not a hotel. No bar/cafe, no lobby. Good location. Nice historical town.

Hotel is small but beautiful. Room was of good size. Bathroom neat, big and modern. Staff is very friendly. Location is the best. Clean, clean, clean!!

This is a bare bones hotel. Front desk is only staffed on a part time basis. If you need anything ask the cleaning staff. No breakfast, coffee, or vending machines. Nicely remodeled though.

The room and staff were fine, though there is not a full-time desk person after 7:00PM and on the weekends. The biggest surprise (Not a good one) There is no elevator, so bringing up your baggage can be a problem. But it is in a great location and is very affordable.

Wonderful hotel! Great central location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Reasonably priced. The owner was amazing and went out of his way to assist us.

Très bel hôtel qui sent très bon avec un personnel souriant et un emplacement très appréciable et pratique! Un parking à l'extérieur de la ville (15min), peu coûteux, a été très utile. Aussi, lorsque vous sortez de l'hôtel, vous tomber sur l'église de San Michele in Foro (Place San Michele), ce qui est sublime. Petit bémol: nous avions la première chambre (101 sauf erreur) qui se trouve à l'étage directement après l'escalier, et l'insonorisation est inexistante. Ce qui fait que nous entendions tous les mouvements des clients de l'hôtel, nuit et jour... Lucca a été un merveilleux hébergement pour visiter la région en toute tranquillité.
