Poor AC

The hotel is very clean it’s in the hearth of lucena city, bed is firm and pillow the bed sheet is just thin not enough to keep you warm, the staff are very helpful and polite, AC is working good with hot water in the shower. They also provide toothbrush. The only problem is they don’t have elevator for the senior or person with disability, but for those bag packer and able to climb the 3 plight or stairs up to the 3rd floor this is perfect for you.

Clean room and accommodating staff. We had a nice stay and good sleep. We had a good rest during holyweek and it's affordable. Thanks urbantel.ñ!

Nice little hotel in good location for the price

Clean place, quiet rooms, fast wifi, friendly staff

Safe, comfortable and clean place to stay in the city. It would be better if they have a good parking space instead of street parking.

AC is working but not cooling, my entire night was not comfortable at all, No service water inside the room. Receptionist is nice and accomodating.

The room was clean and spacious enough for my mom and I. The bed was especially comfortable and location of the hotel was topnotch - right in the middle of Lucena. Would definitely stay here again when I’m in Lucena.

Wall is thin you can hear people from next room
